The fresh produce, apples, herbs, maple syrup and honey in our gourmet spreads and baked goods are from local farmers. Our main cheese source is Herkimer. We use local brews (Olde Saratoga and Brown’s), wines, (Chatham) and other products and packaging from within a 100 mile radius whenever possible. We are a “Pride of NY” company.
